For instance, Terry holds the following professional designations relating to the insurance industry: Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Certified Life Underwriter (CLU) from the American College.

As a Registered Representative with SM&R, and an Investment Advisor Representative with BFC Planning, Inc., Terry Pitchford can offer investment products to help clients address long-term financial goals.

JoAn Pitchford- JoAn has been working for American National for 27 years. She focuses on customer service, property and casualty, and life and health insurance. In her spare time, JoAn enjoys exercising and going out to the movies. She is the mother of both Terry and Shara.

Shara Alexander- Shara specializes in customer service and training. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and paddle boarding on Lake Travis.   

Jeff Hathaway- Jeff is a graduate of Brown University.  In his earlier years, Jeff was an avid baseball player and later had a successful career in the broadcasting industry. He has been a recruiter and trainer for Pitchford Financial Group for the last 8 years.  Jeff volunteers much of his time to youth sports and other worthwhile causes.

Matthew Deyo, CIC- Matthew specializes in commercial sales and is a Certified Insurance Counselor. Matt has been working for the Pitchford Financial group for more than twelve years. In his free time, Matthew enjoys spending time with his family and taking fishing trips to the coast.

Shannon Galvin- Shannon was born and raised in Houston area where she became involved in Hunter/Jumpers at a young age. She received her Bachelors in Animal Science and a Masters in Equine Reproduction from Texas A&M University. Shannon chose the Insurance and financial industry so she could serve the Equine Communities with which she shares a passion for.

Terry Pitchford, ChFC, CLU- Terry has been working for American National for over thirty-five years. Terry is a graduate of Texas State University and in his spare time enjoys fly fishing, travel, and golfing. Terry truly enjoys helping people navigate life’s financial highway.
